Probiotics (I recommend Garden of Life, and am not related to or affiliated with them), L-Glutamine+B12 for rebuilding tissue in the gut, digestive enzymes (which sped up my reintegration of foods)… and you _are_ right! _Then_ you can travel (I just did, two weekends in a row!) and eat in restaurants. And YES, it is SO worth it! |
